Video Proof Required: Please record a clear video while opening your parcel. This serves as proof in case of any damage or missing items and is essential for processing your claim. Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as baby toys, plush toys, and any opened packages) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
